Temperature: 290Β°F β 320Β°F (Adjust based on your press)

Pressure: Medium to Firm (Level 6β8 if adjustable)

Time: 12β15 seconds
πͺ Application Steps
1. Pre-Press the Garment (Important)

Use a lint roller to clean the fabric
-
Press the blank garment for 5β7 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles
2. Position the DTF Transfer
-
Place the transfer design side down (film side up) on the garment
-
Align as desired β use heat tape if necessary
3. Heat Press the Transfer
-
Press at 290β320Β°F for 12β15 seconds
-
Use medium to firm pressure
-
No Teflon sheet needed during first press
4. Cool Peel
-
Let the film cool completely before peeling
-
Slowly peel from one corner β it should come off cleanly
-
If the design lifts, repress for 5 seconds and try again
5. Optional Second Press (Recommended)

Cover the design with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper
-
Press again for 5β8 seconds to lock in the print and improve durability
π Aftercare Instructions

Wait 24 hours before washing

Wash inside out in cold water

Do not bleach
-
Tumble dry low heat or hang dry

Do not iron directly on the print

Problem | Solution |
---|---|
Transfer not sticking | Check pressure & temperature β increase slightly if needed |
Edges lifting after peel | Repress with cover sheet for 5β7 seconds |
Film tearing on peel | Let it fully cool before peeling β hot peel will ruin the design |
Faded or dull colors | Make sure you're pressing at the correct temp and time |
