At Mercy Prints, we’re committed to getting your custom products to you quickly, safely, and reliably — whether you’re ordering DTF gang sheets, UV stickers, apparel, or accessories.


📦 Processing Times

  • DTF Gang Sheets / UV DTF Stickers: 1–2 business days

  • Custom Apparel & Accessories: 2–4 business days

  • Bulk or Specialty Orders: 3–7 business days (depending on order volume)

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is received, and another email with tracking info once it ships.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship via trusted national carriers including:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (for international orders)

Shipping carrier and delivery speed will be selected based on your location and order size at checkout.


🌍 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (additional charge)

  • Free Shipping: On select promotional items or order minimums (announced at checkout)


🌎 International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment in real-time using the tracking link provided.

❗ Delays & Shipping Issues

Mercy Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, weather events, or customs holds. However, we’ll assist in resolving any delivery issues to the best of our ability.


📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building staff

  2. Wait 24 hours in case of early scan

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Then, contact us at info@mercyprints.com for support
