Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final โ€” but weโ€™re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for the following:

  • Custom T-shirts, apparel, and accessories

  • DTF gang sheets and UV DTF sticker gang sheets

  • Personalized items created using our Product Customizer App

Please double-check your design, sizing, and file quality before submitting your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, weโ€™re here to help.

โœ… Youโ€™re eligible for a replacement if:

  • The item was received misprinted or damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong size, color, or product type

  • The print quality is significantly below industry standard

You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order to report an issue.

Please email us at info@mercyprints.com with:

  1. Your full name & order number

  2. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  3. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim within 1โ€“2 business days and provide next steps for a reprint or refund (if applicable).


โ— Ineligible Return Reasons

We do not offer refunds or replacements due to:

  • Incorrect file uploads or low-resolution artwork submitted by customer

  • Minor color variations between on-screen proof and printed product

  • Customer remorse or incorrect size choice on personalized apparel

  • Improper application of DTF transfers due to incorrect heat press settings
